Proud to produce traditional waffles like soft filled waffles, thin butter waffles and other regional specialties, our company also stands out for the dynamism of its Research and Development department presenting innovative products.
With over 25 years of expertise, Pâtisserie des Flandres has won twice the SIAL innovation award in Paris.

Its passionate pastry cooks create gourmet products with rigorously selected ingredients. The sourcing of raw materials is mainly local, from Hauts-de-France region, allowing our products to display the logo Saveurs en’Or, a collective brand for locally sourced and produced high quality gourmet products.

Pâtisserie des Flandres works throughout France to supply large distribution chains, deli stores, specialty stores, wholesalers, catering and food service. The company know-how benefits to its customers nationally but also internationally by exporting to 4 different continents.

The company has been IFS certified since 2011, it ensures the highest levels of quality and regularity of production.
It is also certified for organic production.
